Inspired by my great grandmother’s Southern-style recipe and reimagined the Sunshine & Bloom way, this baked mac is layered with rich, creamy plant-based cheese, perfectly cooked pasta, and a blend of seasonings that deepen and develop as it bakes.
Unlike our stovetop version, this dish is finished in the oven, creating that signature golden top and a thicker, more indulgent texture throughout. Every bite is warm, nostalgic, and deeply satisfying—the kind of dish meant to be shared around a table.
