Shipping

We bake everything fresh to order, and most items require 3–5 business days to prepare before shipping. Orders ship Monday–Wednesday only to avoid weekend transit delays.

Shipping Methods

• Protein Buns: Always ship via expedited service with insulation and ice packs to ensure freshness.

• Other Baked Goods: Ship based on weight via the most reliable carrier for your destination.

• Granola & Shelf-Stable Items: Ship via standard ground unless ordered with perishable items.

Warm Weather Note ☀️

During warmer months, it’s normal for items to arrive at room temperature. All products are plant-based and safe to refrigerate upon arrival.

Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships. Please track your delivery and bring it inside promptly to maintain freshness.

We are not responsible for:

• Courier delays
• Melted/thawed items due to heat
• Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
• Packages left outside after delivery

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and details so we can make it right.
